Tribal Transitions: Travelling Photographic Exhibition

Exhibition & graphic design for “Tribal Transitions,” a travelling photographic exhibition on the tribes of Arunachal. A leitmotif of bamboo was created. This was depicted by the stripes and leaf cluster and the shades of green.  These, either together or separately, found their way to the walls, banners and exhibition publications.

 

The exhibition travelled to SOAS University of London, British Museum, London and Arunachal University, India. This exhibition was a challenge by way of resources and time because it had to be produced with all its publications within two weeks and within a tight budget of Rs. 200,000
