1. Shipping within India is free for all orders above Rs. 14,999. For orders below that, the shipping cost will be as per actual.
2. The order will be dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control.
3. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
A replacement of the same print could be requested if the following conditions apply:
1. The art print is damaged, please email us a photograph of the damaged art: info@siddharthadas.com.
2. The request for the replacement is made within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
3. The art prints must be returned in the original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.
4. You are responsible for the shipping of the damaged item back to us.
5. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
6. We can merely arrange a replacement for the same damaged item(s) within 7 business days after receiving the damaged item(s), a refund is not possible.
