Interpreting Jagannatha Temple Puri and Lingaraj Temple Bhubaneswar

Siddhartha Das Studio has collaborated with researchers, subject experts, and over a hundred master craftspeople to delve into the rich history of Odisha's iconic Jagannath Temple in Puri and Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar, both nearly a thousand years old.

Presented at the 1st Odia Language Conference in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, this exhibition attracted lakhs of visitors. It showcases a myriad of exquisite objects, from stone and wooden models to drawings, engravings, and paintings that bring to life the sacred Vedic texts and rituals of these temples. The exhibition also provides insights into the creation of Interpretation Centers dedicated to these temples, with all exhibits conceptualized and crafted by the Studio's team and local artisans of Odisha.
